以前也曾经推荐过他们的 Hold Me Now，当时是玩那个小游戏的时候听到的，已经是他们的第二张专辑了。
电影“Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind/美丽心灵的永恒阳光/暖暖内含光 ”的主题曲是这首 Light and Day，出自他们的第一张专辑 The beginning stages of。
几乎是在听到 The Polyphonic Spree 音乐的那一瞬间就喜欢上了他们。以前也比较喜欢这种听上去吵吵闹闹、而整体的旋律还算不错的乐队，但很莫名其妙，自己也不知道为什么对他们的好感度似乎要更高一些。
前几天的某个晚上，随便的从硬盘里翻些没有认真听过的歌出来，当我听到 Chicago 乐队的某一首歌里传出的小号声时，突然明白了 The Polyphonic Spree 靠的就是配器里各式各样的号打动了我。有的激昂，有的温暖，好像一直要吹到我的肺里似的。
这个是 Light & Day 的 MV，电影 Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 中的一些场景都在 MV 中出现了，只不过每个人（包括一些东西）都通过电脑特技换了张嘴，呵呵。

这个是现场演出版的，看看就会知道，The Polyphonic Spree 是个多么庞大的团体了！没错，台上那一大堆红衣服的全都是！！！！！！看着这么一大帮子人摇头晃脑的唱歌，真是很让人觉得开心，恨不得能跑到台上去和他们一起吼吼
